Dear Friends in the Industry:
Our fiscal year has recently come to a close and I am very happy to report another successful
year. However, it did not come without a few aches and pains. I can confidently say that we have
worked harder this last year than any other year before it. All of our people from the accounting
and sales personnel to the parts and service departments are putting in extra effort to ensure a
positive outcome. As a result, I feel very fortunate to have assembled the team that we have here
at Mill Log Equipment Company.
As a result, I would like to point out a few notables about the Mill Log Group of Companies
that I feel would be of interest to you:
1. MLE has an extensive inventory of parts and complete rebuilt units.
2. Each branch is equipped with fully capable field service personnel and equipment.
3. MLE is the worldwide experts in 8500 series power-shift transmissions.
4. MLE has recently added Torsional Vibration Analysis (TVA) as a product offering.
5. MLE has recently added an Electrical Designer/Technologist (Darryl Lowery) to its team.
Mill Log Equipment continues to grow and evolve and we are excited about the upcoming year and thank you for a successful FY10.

We received some great feedback, which we consider very valuable to our organization and our
ongoing mission to continuously improve. As promised, all of the participants went into a drawing
